"Location was absolutely perfect for Disneyland Paris. The train station was a few minutes walk away and it was one stop to the gates of Disney! It was never too crowded to make a train either way-even at end of night with the crowds they had plenty of trains. Bed was soft for Europe. The bakery to the right of the train station was amazing and perfect for breakfast and to buy a sandwich for the parks. Would definitely stay again!! Room was immaculately clean. They also kindly kept our bags for the day on our last day of stay."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"Full of messy, wild, drunken adults who let their kids run wild and ruin it for everyone else. Hotel is dated. Kids banging on you door through the night and when confronted you get the parents in your face. Meant to stay 3 nights only stayed 1. Breakfast wasn’t good. Popcorn etc scattered all over the reception floor, bar area covered in glasses. I could go on. We never complain and never really encounter a problem but this hotel ruined the end of our Disney stay "

"The unit we got was perfect for 3 people. The mattress was great. The unit had a tiny kitchen but very functional for our needs. The hotel had vending machine and an ordering system if food needed. Small supermarket and pastries shops around the block. The unit was updated to meet technology and ergonomic needs."

"During my stay at the lodge, my experience was initially normal and comfortable. However, that changed significantly after a serious incident involving hotel staff. While I was asleep in my room, I was awakened to find my door open and two Disney employees attempting to bypass the door latch using a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I confronted them, they claimed they were trying to enter to clean the room. This explanation did not align with the situation, as I was clearly inside and had not requested service. I reported the incident to management, who acknowledged the severity of what occurred and expressed concern. As a resolution, I was offered a complimentary breakfast, i was not seeking any sort of compensation. The following morning, when attempting to use the breakfast that had been offered after the attempted break in, I encountered further issues. After speaking with two managers who confirmed I was approved as it seemed they did not accredit the breakfast correctly to my room, I was then stopped by the restaurant manager, who stated he did not believe me and accused me of lying and stated i could pay or leave. Following these incidents, I no longer felt safe or respected as a guest. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a basic standard of security and professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling uneasy in my own room and concerned about the safety of my belongings and my own personal safety, as well as the possibility of further unauthorized entry attempts."
