"The hotel is adjacent to the thermal spa facilities with a connecting bridge. There is a beautiful park nearby with a nice walk on river banks. The hotel/spa complex was built in the 1980s and everything looks dated and in need of a full upgrade. That said, staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and the thermal facilities were nice. Hotel guests must pay 40 euros per room per day for access. The hotel is dog friendly as well. The room rate was quite low so overall it was reasonable value. It could be an amazing place with some investments."

No Aircon though this is probably the only thing that was a negative for us as it was 35c outside. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good parking although spaces are a little tight. Overall great stay would recommend if visiting Vichy"
