"We just stayed one night and it was in a great location. It was right across from the medieval fortress. My room was very nice and clean. I had some trouble with the heat and patio door, but the receptionist attended to the matter immediately and solved the issue. Mais tout est neuf et beau nous pouvons entrer et sortir à notre guise grâce a un badge et profiter des communs : jardin intérieur, salle de sport , piscine (qui malheureusement était en dysfonctionnement lors de notre venue) et parking privé. "It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."
