"The resort exceeded our expectations. Location was great, staff incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. Beach and amenities were great. This place is like something out of a movie. Our only criticism is of the concierge services. They helped where they could but lacked knowledge of bus system and with help planning our travel about the island. I would strongly recommend Azura!"

"The suggestion I would have is to flip the adult pool and the main pool. Too many kids running around screaming. We had two rooms with a very nice sitting areas out side the sliding door however the constant screaming and yelling of kids made them virtually useless. The amenities at the current main pool are tailored more towards adults. Rooms 50 & 56. That would be my main critique. The restaurants served excellent food! Thanks for asking."

"We had such an amazing stay at Rosedon. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. It’s also an amazing location if you’re looking for a central area for exploring or relaxing. The restaurants on the property were incredible as well. I loved the atmosphere, decor and service. Would definitely recommend."

"Extremely friendly staff treat you like family. Most of the staff have been there for years and we were very impressed with the rooms and the amenities. We would definitely come back. This one is a hidden gem on the south end of the island. No need to dine out—get the meal package and spare yourself from Bermuda price$."

"More of not liked ….corridors to the room messy Entry door is glass and you cannot shut the light from the corridor Bathroom is awful …more like a one or two stars place Room itself is adequate nut you can get better for same price in and around the island Of positive is the staff ….very friendly / helpful"

"Key punch line: Expensive/pricey hotel with mediocre service at best. If you enjoy top notch service and attention to detail this is not the hotel for you. Employees need training. Couple of things stood out from our stay the first being the hotel knew ahead of time about my milestone birthday and did absolutely nothing. Also, hotel underscored the importance of booking a taxi to and from the airport through them. Paid a premium price. We had a 6 am pick-up to the airport. Hotel forgot to secure a taxi. We were left scrambling. When checked into hotel no food options available and had to wait 30 minutes for bar to open. The woman bartender was as friendly as a cardboard box and had serious attitude. Ordered appetizer and she delivered to wrong table. She put in new order and told us it would be 20 minutes. We said forget it."
