We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely friendly hotel. Service was excellent and the facilities were all fine, and its just a short walk from the centre of Hamilton, the bus station and other points of interest

All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.

We stayed for five nights and from the very beginning the staff was extremely welcoming and throughout our stay they took care of all our needs, always a step ahead of us. These guys totally exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, clean, helpful, had everything we needed, amazing food, I could go on and on. Wish we’d spent our whole trip there rather than splitting it up between two reservations.

Charming smaller hotel. We’ll managed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Much more personal attention than the larger resorts. Very nice breakfast included. As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.
