"We stayed in the Picasso apartment for 9 days in mid-February. The experience was wonderful. The apartment had accommodations that made a longer stay very pleasant including cookware and dishes/cutlery. The Nespresso in the room made lovely coffees and we enjoyed them daily. Prior reviews indicated there had been occasional noise concerns but we never experienced that. The staff were very kind and responsive when we had questions. The Picasso room is up one flight of stairs so moving luggage up...

"The gentleman at front desk was so helpful and so attentive!! 100/10 stars for him alone! The hotel itself was great bigger then expected. Room was nice and clean and well kept. AC worked wonders. We were there in the cold and it was great. We had a good view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Definitely recommend "

"Staff were very accommodating; my flight got in early before my room was ready to check in and I was able to borrow the shower in the hotel gym to freshen up. I called down to room service/housekeeping/ front desk many times during my stay and they always had a solution ; always came through .
