"This has to be the best hotel I have ever been. First the location, amenities and facilities are convenient, clean, well maintained and good place to rest. Next the meals (bft and high tea) have good variety and great tastes. The most important feedback I like to share is the staff service quality. The staff are polite, customer oriented, friendly and approachable. I like to name a few outstanding staff including Sophia and Quyen. They went the extra mile to deliver exceptional services so I can bring my daughter to watch BTS movie and sent my passports that I left behind in the hotel so I don’t miss my flight. We were very impressed with the service staff like Ashley, Hana, Loan and others. The entire team are well trained to have good smile, serve with care and empathy for guests. I may not remember all the staff but i definitely walked away feeling great, well respected, awesome guests treatment. We will strongly recommend others to stay at Silverland May hotel and other locations. We will definitely be back on our next trip. cảm ơn nhiều lắm. các em phục vụ số một heng gặp lại."
