"Good place to stay at if youre travelling alone. Everybody kept to themselves for the most part but the staff and the visitors are open to engage if you're willing to. The bedding is quite thin and you may feel the wood beneath it if you're in the dorm so if that's not your cup of tea, i would recommend against it. Also there are separate fees for toothbrushes and towels "

"We usually stay at a Tokyu Stay location and are always happy with our experience. What was amazing on this trip was that the Hotel Manager helped us flag down a van taxi when he noticed we were having trouble reserving one. He walked up the street and came running back with a taxi for our size group and helped us load the bags. What awesome service!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!"
