"Modern updated room, room is small, bathroom is huge. They could made the room larger by making bathroom smaller. Was on a main road, couldnt sleep, lots of noise. They had informed me i was VIP, free breakfast, but i never tried it. Decent stay, close to alot"

"I've never been in a place that had GRAFFITI on the furnitures inside of the hotel room I stayed in. Dirty towels, blood stain shower curtains to name some other horrendous things. If you can, just go beyond the border and get a nice hotel in Tijuana for a quarter of the price."

"No hot water in the shower (at all, not like it ran out, like it didn’t exist), floors made the bottoms of our feet super dirty like they’d never been mopped, multiple earwigs. They DID refund us for the prepaid nights we didn’t use in our stay once we decided to move somewhere else."

"Clean and remodeled rooms, incredible staff, and great experience. We actually got lucky because the first hotel reservation we made down the street canceled on us so we ended up here and it was such a great experience I’m actually glad the other place canceled!"

"Okay stay. Not bad. Did find an old deodorant tucked under the sink cabinet. This indicates they don’t clean too thoroughly. Couldn’t find some paper plates or certain items for purchase (very limited)."

"First, for the laundry room, it is coin-operated. I don't carry coins in general, but it is $3 each for the washer and dryer. The old washer and dryer are certainly an eyesore compared to the rest of the hotel. top blanket was a little scratchy, and it can get cool at night once the humidity breaks. Now for the main reason for the lack of stars. I liked the hotel, the staff, the room, most everything. But a few low-value items went missing from my room. The management said they were not at...

"The hotel checked us in and the room was being painted. We tried to change rooms and apparently there was nothing left. We tried to sleep in the room but the fumes were so bad we all got headaches. We had to change hotels and they said they would discount the room, but could not verify that was going to happen until the manager came in later. We booked through a third party and they refunded five of the six nights. We were charged considerably more for the night we stayed and we still don't know...

"Staff was very friendly, professional. Room was the best, paying a little extra for the beach view was very well worth it. Once you walk in to the room you see nothing but water. We will return for sure"
