The staff was very kind and attentive. Be forewarned that there is no elevator but I was able to request a room on the first floor. The sheets and bathroom were clean but the room needed to be aired out a bit when I got in, probably because I had requested a room change. The hotel was quiet and convenient. Right off the freeway, easy to find and park. Lyft to and from downtown was easy. Took 5 mins of driving to downtown.

I would not stay here outside of the Aftershock days just because of the seedy area. Homeless and other riff raff all around. Luckily becasue of the concert, there were always cops and rockers around. No issue with the hotel itself tho. Clean room and friendly staff. Parking lot is super bright but I still worried about my car.

Staff was very nice. all of them. the area is a nasty one. the homeless and drug addicts are EVERYWHERE. INCHES off the property. the walls/floor are paper thin and you will hear EVERY foot step from ur neighbors. above and next to you. if not for the staff and overall cleanliness of the place my review would of been FAR worse.

The property was better than expected.Itwas comfortable and clean . The bed was very comfortable.The room was larger than expected and the breakfast hit the spot.Was perfect for the price and close to downtown. I had a perfect night sleep and would stay again in the future.
