Hyatt House was the perfect place for me to stay after my flight in to Sacramento for work and then again the night before flying home from this trip. The free airport shuttle was great (it runs every hour and departs the hotel on the hour). I love my room because it has the essentials like a comforter bed, great shower, mini refrigerator and complimentary parking. The staff was friendly and it was nice having a late night dinner option so I didn’t have to worry about where to get a meal after a late night flight.

Advertised “Hot Breakfast” not hot at! Eggs were runny, only meat option was Canadian bacon, French toast was cold & terrible. We threw our breakfasts away and went to IHOP… Room was comfortable & clean. Glad there were several options for food outside the hotel.

Our overall stay was great. We had a problem with the toilet and when we tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the phone wasn't working. After my husband went to the front desk it only took 10 mins and both problems were resolved. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was very good. Back to the room, it was very spacious, there was a large island in the kitchen and the living room and bathroom were large size rooms. Once again the stay was great and we'll be back and searching for other Hyatt House hotels to visit on future trips.
