Very clean room. Beautiful property— only thing was there was no hot water to shower. We had to physically go to the front desk everyday and everyday they said someone was coming to look at it and no one came. Took COLD frigid showers everyday

Catalonia Santo Domingo
We couldn't stay at the property cause the WHOLE hotel didn't have air conditioner functioning at the moment of check in. There was not a time frame for resolving the problem, resulting us moving to another hotel paying premium dollars for it

El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
The room was beautiful as was the whole hotel. The staff were excellent. Our reservation included free breakfast which a must.
