The room itself was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, we rated our experience a 3 out of 5 due to several notable drawbacks:
- Misleading Amenities: The Gym, Pool, and Spa were all under renovation and completely unavailable. Unfortunately, these amenities were still listed as active on Expedia, which felt misleading. When we brought this up with the front desk, they apologized but didn’t seem interested in updating the listing to reflect the current situation.
- Noise Issues: The walls—both between rooms and facing outside—were extremely thin. We could hear everything. Interestingly, the room came with earplugs, suggesting this is a known issue.
- Temperature Control Limitations: The air conditioning system is apparently controlled by wing. Guests had limited control, can only adjust the fan speed. We had to push a bit to get control over our room’s temperature, which felt unnecessarily complicated.
