"Very nice stay in a double pool villa. Efficient Check in/ Check out ( in the room), very efficient buttler trough whatsapp , room is big , clean, nice furniture, nice private pool and jacuzzi. Nice expérience ( barbecue inside villa, floatting breakfast in the villa, private yacht booking …) . 3 caviat: property is very big, you have private bike or buggy to call, beach club need to take a shuttle every 15min with 10min ride, lake or second pool not fully cleaned. All in all an excellent stay...

"The staff at this hotel were all amazing, helpful, and kind. The location is right across from patong beach which was very convenient, as well as there were lots of taxis available just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the separate bedroom was so great and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the AC in the bedroom was leaking quite a lot at some times, but the other AC in the kitchen worked fine. Overall, we were very happy with our stay...

"The hotel is beautiful, and has its own private beach. It’s not convenient to walk anywhere except for the few shops on smal road leading into the hotel - but that is because it’s tucked away in a beautiful area. The staff was very professional and very nice. "

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. A very smooth check in process, greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. Lovely reception staff who then take you to your villa/room by buggy and show you the room features. We stayed in a villa and it was incredible - beautiful room & well equipped. Amazing pool and view over the bay. The hotel has amazing facilities - restaurants & bars, private beach and spa. Highly recommend to anyone A**** "
