"Hotel’s location conveniency is unbeatable. Staff were great as well, they were accommodating. We got to the hotel a little bit earlier than expected and I called to check if room was ready, asked if we were able to check in early and there was no hassle."

"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"Clean building, French pastry/coffee shop right around the corner and a restaurant on the roof top and main floor. Location is close to Harvard and MIT. Lyft rides were reasonable. Only negative complaint is they did not dispose of bedroom trash until we left."

"Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. "Staff were very friendly and the main areas were very clean. Our room did have some faucets that would leak for more than 10 minutes, the lights turned on, randomly, around 12:00 a.m. but these were minor inconveniences. I would recommend staying here for close proximity to medical centers in the area. "

"Everything about this place was perfect. The house is decorated with a refreshing and consistent theme, the room we stayed in had a comfy bed and good insulation, the bagels and coffee in the morning are delightful, and the hosts who were there until 8pm were very helpful and made everything easy. My girlfriend was visiting from out of town and thanks to these factors we were able to have a fantastic valentines weekend. "
