"The room was in bad condition, needs new everything paint peeling, dresser broken shower head a mess, door handle broken The bed was comfy though The price was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for Breakfast was very nice"

"Great stay. The Management special 5-630pm and complimentary breakfast is what keeps me coming back to the brand. Parking was tricky, and rhe valet parking was steep. Apparently, the valet group and front desk folks don't really communicate. It was a bit cumbersome dealing with a female front desk representative trying to verify the process of getting my rental car keys in the morning BEFORE valet folks show up at 7am. Also, the communication with the valet (young) folks was also cumbersome, as there was very little information provided on where to pick up car and how to inform them for pick up. The bartenders and wait staff in the restaurant was outstanding. Definitely made our stay enjoyable!!! The hotel location is awesome! I will make this my primary hotel when I come to Minneapolis."

"Why does no one answer the main line?"

"Our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. We picked it because it was a 1 min. walk from The Orpheum where we were seeing a show. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and comfy chaise lounge near the window was perfect for reading and watching the city. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. The parking area behind the hotel was easy to get in and out of and there was security in view so that made us small towners feel safe and secure. We would stay here again...highly recommend."

"Very spacious single bed room. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. It seemed most of the people staying there were on extended stay. So, most left during the day for work and were quiet at night."
