"Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends."

"A wonderful stay with all amenities catered for. A word of complaint, bath/shower facility should have non slip bath mat as climbing out of the bath over the rim it was easy to lose your footing of your remaining leg as you lurch forward. 😢 One suggestion, hand dryers in the WC facilities should ideally be with the latest technology high speed, pressure type. Maybe Dyson type or design. 😅 Otherwise a perfect stay with great food and services. Liked the complimentary quality tea and coffee...

"Absolutely loved this place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and wanted. The position of High Corner is fantastic and that’s not really doing it justice! The staff, all of them, were polite, welcoming, helpful and a credit to the pub. The rooms we had were lovely although one was a little small due to being upstairs, however this did not detract from my stay as I had it all to myself! Food, especially breakfast was very good. "Such a great place to stay for a couple of days exploring the local area. The food is great, the breakfast was the best part for me. I was very pleased to see you get to order from a menu at breakfast and everything felt like great quality. Staff were really friendly too. "

"Trefor the manager was great. Very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was bright and clean. The facilities were great. The bed was comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice and I enjoyed the live music and quiz night."

"Last minute booking. Dog friendly inn. Paid £20 extra for the dog for 1 night. Nice room, restaurant has very good food. Breakfast was very good as well. Very friendly staff."
