"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. "The room was very dirty and outdated; the air conditioning wasn't working—making the atmosphere stifling—and the carpet was filthy and worn out. Overall, the entire hotel smelled terrible. The receptionist was polite but failed to resolve the issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. My reservation was for two days and three nights, but I simply couldn't stay there under those conditions. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. "The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
