"A comfortable, covienent place to stay"

"Helpful staff! I checked in late and forgot to notify the front desk ahead of time. Luckily they had already prepared instructions for me to safely get in. Room was spacious and perfect for a two-night stay. Walking distance to the Wharf and there’s a (free) trolly stop nearby to take you to the aquarium! Parking lot can be tight (we went over a long weekend) but even that they were able to assist us with."

"Overall the Hotel was great, very clean and incredibly spacious rooms. Our only negative was that the bed frames were very noisy and the mattresses a bit soft."

"Room looked fairly good. Bathroom could use some updating. Parking was very tight and cramped. The hotel seem to be full which made breakfast crowded. The food offered for breakfast was decent and standard fare."

"Has everything you could need on a trip. My room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Place was clean and the hot tub/pool was wonderful. Great location, near a shopping center."

"Really good place to stay, super comfy bed, clean room, easy check in. Staff wasn't there to answer the phone or help me, and I was trying to get back into the room the get an item I left. So that's a loss now but other than that it was incredible."

"Free parking and a nice free breakfast which offsets costs of lunches and dinners. Centrally located. You can walk anywhere you want to go and not pay for parking."

"I was solo traveling. Stayed one night. Room was very nice, remodeled, clean. It’s a little far from Canery lane but worth the distance. About 9 minutes. It felt safe and secure. Wonderful experience."

"My stay for Memorial Day weekend was terrible. I booked a balcony room and was given instead a first floor room. I did not pay for a first floor room. Then the building was so far from the amenities that we felt isolated. They need to be infront about where families with pets stay and instead of me pulling teeth to get the truth about why we were placed in a terrible area of the property. Only positive, the location is close to all the sites and food"
