The quality of the amenities are above average as is the layout and feel of the rooms. The staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. You would be remiss to skip this property on a visit to Shinjuku!"

"Location was perfect. Near to the station, shops and restaurants. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle with a peaceful outdoor area to relax. Also lots of comfortable indoor areas to eat, drink or relax. Free drinks and toiletries were most welcome and we enjoyed the use of the free massage chairs and karaoke room. The staff were so polite and helpful. We enjoyed five nights in this hotel, exploring Tokyo, then returning to relax in the evening. "

"What an excellent find this hotel was. Yes, its room only but - there is a (free) array of food and drink available 24 hours a day. Massive variety from noodle soups, to cakes and deserts, fruit and all sorts of Japanese surprises. A variety of alcohol, juices and hot drinks were also available as was a massive range of all sorts of toiletries that you could try. You could go to this hotel with merely a change of clothes and have everything you need (and more) The staff were lovely and helpful...

"The accommodations was very clean and close to grocery stores. The only problem we had was the control panel for the water heater kept on talking ( Japanese ) . We did not understand what the panel was saying and we didn't know how to turn the notifications off. It got real annoying after a while."

"This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and speak great English as well. The hotel is in a perfect area to enjoy shinjuku and has access to food and subway stations within 3 minutes. The breakfast in the morning is great as well. I recommend the suite rooms as there is plenty of space to enjoy and lots of little things that make a difference. Book this hotel and you will be happy. Nola on staying at this hotel every time I go to Tokyo. "

"Got the Hollywood twin and felt like a western room with the amount of room. 5 minute walk from shinjuku station. Lawson right next door and a Starbucks a 3 min walk away. We would definitely stay here again."
