A once very elegant hotel now perhaps a little tired but still full of charm. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was beautifully cooked traditional English fare."

"We had a lovely 4 night stay mid September. Very quiet holiday park. We booked a static with hot tub but was changed to a lodge with no hot tub due to unforseen circumstances. Lodge was lovely, spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and a dog, although it actually has 3 rooms (1 x double, 2 x 2 singles) Only thing we had an issue with was WiFi, it is not available across the whole park, only the front half of the park near the office has wifi, not the further back sections. They did manage to source a booster box for our lodge but this may be an issue at busy times, so just a heads up, as WiFi is a must for us. "
