"It's been over 13 years since I last stayed at this hotel. It is still as good as I had remembered it. The room was a bit smaller than the one I stayed in last time. But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. Other than that, everything was good."

"Restaurant is VERY expensive and set menu. We opted to walk to night market and eat. And it’s so close to night market! The gym is very small with no window. And did not have towels or water. This was the disappointment of the hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Rooms were very nice. Hotel modern and clean. "

When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return."
