"DO NOT STAY HERE! I was so excited to find an Embassy Suites as my family loves staying at them. I would have felt more comfortable staying in my car. This hotel is run down, dirty, and I only encountered 1 staff member that was nice and helpful. We had to move to a different room due to the fridge and phones not working. The new room had a headband from the previous guest on the floor, blood stains on the towels, loose tiles in the bathroom the cut my child, lights didn't all work, missing grout, a broken bathroom faucet I had to fix, a missing TV remote, and at least a 1/4 inch of dust on everything! Not to mention extremely outdated! The pool wasn't open, the manager reception was pitiful, and breakfast was a joke! Stay anywhere else but here! This may have ruined me forever on Embassy Suites!"
