"Great property with lots of little touches that made it better. Of course the bed was great and the temperatures set were accurate and quiet. The bathroom was equal to any highest end resort. Shower with great power. Sink in area of toilet as well as outside away from the shower. Lighting was superb. Two night lights in bathroom and magnifying lit mirror. Grounds were immaculate and lots to do outside. Only complaint was that the refrigerator fan whined whenever it started up and scared us a...

"Although I did have a little trouble signing into the Wi-Fi, the proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and there was a rain shower head in the bathroom."

"Every one there is extremely helpful and accommodating. I live 2 hours away from there. I went to Flagstaff to have surgery done. They were very helpful. They let me use their wheelchair because I wasn’t able to walk after my surgery."

"Originally got a room in the back facing the highway, it was a bit noisy so I asked for a room not facing the highway and was accomodated, only problem was the room facing away from the highway (parking lot side) had tiny little windows high up on the wall. Very poor design. I asked to be switched back to the highway side despite the noise. "

"Parking area was very save. We did not use laundry facilities cannot comment on that. Staff was very friendly and our room was at a perfect location for us to take our dogs out back to the pet area. Our two dogs had plenty of room and all of us were very comfortable during our stay."
