"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. Additionally the sheets were too short for the bed and spring free throughout the night. This resulted in me catching a glimpse of the mattress which was covered in black human hairs. There was also screws through the Lino in the floor and bath panel which I find to be rather unhygienic. I had room service, the staff were pleasant, but the food was no better than freezer food. "

"Premium hotel with good service and facilities. A proper luxury feel."

"Good all round hotel but plonked in the middle of a modern industrial estate. A good 15 minute walk to the airport and NEC. Breakfast was good with a usual selection of cooked and continental. Staff were spot on! The only down side of our visit was that a refurbishment was going on at the time. Even the name of the hotel has recently changed to AC by Marriott!"
