They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. "The high handed attitude about not servicing the room daily as they are a sustainability hotel. That shouldn’t mean dirty cups not removed and replaced with clean ones or empty refreshments tray. I did not expect to have to have any such conversation. My bed was not made, but I can live with it. Dirty crockery left outside rooms in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained."
