"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"The hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful The rom was fine for somewhere to use as a base otherwise very basic. There was rubbish dow the side of the one chair and a hole in the carpet by the side of the one bed. Ideal for Utilita Arena and Broad Street
"Stayed because I was going to the Utilita Arena and then out to a bar on Broad Street. This was perfect. Id read from another review that its quiet although its on Broad Street and next to clubs. Its true! I couldnt hear a thing on 13th floor. My room was opposite the lifts which concerned me but again I wasnt disturbed. It was a quick easy walk to Utilita and at 3am after the club there was security on the doors on Broad Street so I felt completely safe. You need your room card to make the lifts work so again it feels very safe. Over all a great stay."
