"Staff at front desk are not very polite. Also Guest services never showed up to my room. I ordered ice, after waiting an hour I had to go down stairs and request it with another front desk employee he was polite. Another night fire alarms went off for 30 minutes and no announcement was made afterwards wether it was a a test,false alarm or a real fire. I found out when I went down through the emergency exit staircase and I ran into an employee who let me know what was going on. Overall the hotel is nice but for the price the service is not worth it. Valet is overpriced $75 per night. Except a couple employees who did a great job"

"From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. Not only that but the midtown area bustling with people, music and the park filled with digs was amazing. Great restaurants, bakery and coffee shops all around. I want to come back just to stay here again!! I came for work now i want to come for pleasure!! ☆☆☆☆☆"

"hotel and rooms were very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did 2 overnights, pre cruise and post cruise. When we arrived at the cruise port I realized that I had left my meds in the refrigerator and could not get back to get them so I called the front desk to see if they could get them out of the refrigerator in the room and keep them refrigerated for me until we returned. I was very thankful that they handled that for me. there is quite a lot of construction going on at the property so getting in and dropping off luggage was a little confusing, but we managed. we would stay again, thanks."
