"Really good, cannot fault it"

"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m. After spending the day sightseeing while exhausted, we were so tired that...

"Was really happy with my stay. Staff were great, especially in the restaurants. Food was really good, both breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a good size and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again."

"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"Room was very clean, easy to charge phone. Easy to operate the AC. Convenient location. Also very nice that the lobby is staffed 24 hrs. Only food options at hotel were vending machines. Room was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, really small."

"Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings."

"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard. Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "

"Very charming, boutique hotel with cozy rooms- as portrayed in the photos. I loved it. Safe area with access to rail and many restaurants. If you want to be close to the city, but not stay in the fray this is an excellent choice."

"Extremely unsupportive mattresses in the pull out beds. Unless you like feeling as though you’re sleeping on the floor, best to pass on the lack of back support."
