Wonderful Stay

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Hotel is immaculate, spotlessly clean and nicely designed. Our room was extremely nice and clean and looked after 2 adults and 2 children easily. Facilities are excellent with use of spa and pools. Location wise the hotel is perfect, extremely short walk to 2-3 beaches and a 10 minute walk to the town centre for lots of restaurants etc. Our stay couldn’t have been better, highly recommended.

Outstanding hotel and staff

Outstanding location with beautiful ocean views; the hotel has also been fully renovated. The hotel and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were traveling with a young child and the chef made whatever dinner she asked for. Truly a great destination!

The view from the upper room, pool and restaurant’s terrasse is unique. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very nice and confortable. The only problem we had was with the wifi which was not constant.

Disappointing to find no table available in the restaurant until 9pm. The hotel should advise guests to book In advance if they are busy. We had to walk over a mile to get dinner.

Séjour parfait

Tout était parfait, le SPA, la piscine face à la mer, absolument magnifique, la chambre très bien aussi avec le petit balcon. Le petit déjeuné, varié et de qualité. Le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Nous avons était vraiment très satisfait, nous recommandons à 100%.

traitement réservé aux clients famille expedia : parcage forcé au 1er étage face parking chambre très bruyante car non insonorisée et moisissure plafond salle de bain demande de changement de chambre refusée personnel du restaurant condescendant et peu aimable facture un menu pour une entrée et une boule de glace panne d'électricité dans l'hôtel en raison de sa vétusté nous avons demandé un dédommagement : bon de 25€ sur un prochain séjour... La réception a confirmé que les clients directs de l'hôtel (non expedia) sont traités différemment Tout ceci nous a poussé à partir plus tôt que prévu et à surtout ne jamais y remettre les pieds

Établissement tres bien entretenu et à proximité de la plage. Notre chambre était relativement petite pour un voyage en famille. Nous étions 5 (dont un bébé de 2 ans). Le SPA est très bien, le petit-déjeuner aussi. Le personnel est très serviable et très accueillant.

Établissement très bien entretenu,salon bar et salle de déjeuner et dîner très bien agencé et décoré avec goût, Personnel agréable et professionnel,espace détente SPA ,piscine parfaitement tenu. En revanche et contrairement à toute attente pour un établissement de votre standing la literie est vieillissante : matelas qui s’affaisse et ne sont pas du tout confortable, c’est regrettable étant donné le besoin de bien dormir et de pouvoir récupérer lors d’un séjour au sein d’un établissement comme le vôtre. Le parking payant en sous-sol est également à mon goût un peu exagéré compte tenu du manque de place privative autour de votre Hôtel.

Etablissement agréable et chaleureux dans son ensemble. Chambre Vue mer avec balcon très agréable ,ainsi que la piscine à débordement très sympa et très chaude ! Chambre très propre, taille chambre correcte mais matelas trop mou ainsi que les oreillers ! Espace marin au top propre et bien tenu. Espace fitness qualitatif. Terrasse très sympa, bien végétalisée. Déco des parties communes réussies. Il manque une carafe en chambre pour pouvoir utiliser les fontaines dans le couloir et revoir la qualité de la literie qui est vraiment dommage et en dessous des autres Thalazur.

Nice hotel, BUT...

Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to get my card issuer involved to resolve this a month on. For this reason I cannot recommend thos hotel.

Bel établissement bien placé avec belle vue océan . Accueil froid ,on ne vous fait pas visiter l établissement pour vous expliquer. Attente au bar un peu longue . Ils installent déjà les tables du déjeuner à 9h pendant le petit déjeuner. La piscine extérieure non ouverte !
