The property had bags of character. The bar area was relaxed and welcoming and there was a cave in it too, which was brilliant. We had dinner the first night and the restaurant was very spacious and the food choices were great and very well presented and flavoured. Breakfast was in the same space so it was lovely in the morning to see the view of trees and grass. The breakfast was excellent too. We were visiting for a family wedding so we didn't get to spend much time in the hotel, but we would have liked to. We would go back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very enjoyable one.

We just stayed the one night passing through and this was a very nice hotel. We booked in for Sunday Lunch and this was on of the best I have ever had in my life. The staff were very nice and high class, as was the venue. We only stayed one night but would like to stay longer next time.

Amazing hotel and even better breakfast!

Amazing hotel definitely recommended. Room was well decorated and very comfortable with a lovely shower! The pub downstairs was a great addition and the breakfast excellent!
