Water is provided daily and breakfast was included as well as a 20% discount when eating at Dr. Frog's (on property dining and bar which was quite good). Some units require the use of steep stairs, and some tile work shows signs of age. "Nice resort on beachfront. We had a superior Seaview room which was very comfortable. Glad we didn’t take a bungalow as we were told they were noisy with lots of mosquitos. Lovely pool with lots of sun lounges and more sun lounges on the beach. Close to everything including shops restaurants and food markets. Enjoyed staying here and extended our stay for another 5 nights."

"Outstanding rooms- like your own apartment with the ability to cook your own meals. Their breakfast buffet is great. Their coffee is excellent, including awesome espresso from quality beans and expertly made. Laundry by the kilo is inexpensive. Renting motorbikes is inexpensive. Their restaurant and bar area is beautiful and on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. When I return to Koh Samui, I will stay here above anywhere else.
