"Overall a very poor stay. Such a long list of things to name that we had problems with. 1. The elevator wasn’t working and they pleaded with us to try to put us on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but we had a lot of gear between the two rooms. They ended up putting one of the two rooms on the second floor and one on the first. The second floor room had no power working (lights, outlets, etc.). They ended up relocating second room to first floor after all the hassle. 2. Pool and hot tub were both out...
