"I upgraded but shouldn’t have because it wasn’t worth the extra cost. My room was located next to the elevators in the 5th floor and due to the constant people traffic being very loud I didn’t get a good night of sleep. Customer service was very good (professional and friendly) as usual! A definite plus!"

"They do not clean their rooms! From their bedding to the bathroom they do not clean. The hotel has an awful smell, especially the third floor. Rooms on the third floor are also cover with molds in the ceiling. I told the front desk of my finds; even showed them pictures and videos. They do not care about the guests at the hotel or what issue they are having with their stay. "

"The clock in the room was broken. The front desk DID NOT answer my call. There was no laundry bag or other sundries you expect at a 3/4 hotel. The only good thing here is it has a casino. My advice...stay at another hotel and drive here to play. It is a 2 star hotel at best."
