浴室に給湯器はあるものの機能しておらず温水は出ない。 客室は清掃されているが、ゴキブリは出没した。 あらかじめチェックイン時間を連絡しておいたが、その時間には誰もおらず、スタッフの出勤を待った。 良くも悪くも値段なりの施設。 ROXASには宿泊施設は数軒しかないが、他も似たようなものだと思う。
