"Everything was very good until Air conditioning stopped working at 1:00 am and had to sleep without it the whole night (Room 4H). Checking in and check out were very smooth. I explained the issue to the staff in the front desk the next morning and they said it would be fixed. Hope there is any response to me as a customer."

"We did a week long road trip in the Keys and this was our unexpected last stop. I made the reservation the day before for a one night stay. Laura was so hospitable and upgraded us to a suite. I only wish this was our first and only stop! We are already planning our trip back."

"The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Cottage in Key Largo. The views of Florida Bay were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The waterfront location provides a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that is hard to beat. The property offered excellent value for the price, making it one of the best deals we’ve found in the Keys. "We were coming every month weekeng for some time and unfortunately it was our last stay. We were coming not because of location, food or resort itself. We were coming because of cabanas. Today we were informed that from now on cabanas is not included on weekend stay. Now we have to rent it separately. Let me tell you, we never saw the line outside of cabanas . "Bahia Bay Resort was a nice secluded and safe location for a quick getaway. There needs to be more than 2 lounge chairs for the property and hair conditioner would be nice besides shampoo and soap. I would also recommend check in to be earlier than 4:00pm especially with there not being many beach activities to do in Key Largo to kill time. Overall if you are looking for something different than a hotel I would recommend this property."

"Ovetall, this property does give you the typical Florida keys charm and is very cute. Fun outdoor games for families, kayaks and bikes were lovely. The pool they could not keep clean with iguana poop and debris all 3 nights we were there but the one day we used it, it was lovely. The room: The 2 beds were king size which is practically unheard of and to our surprise, the room was huge. Decorated tastefully, night stand was wonky and wobbly but overall the room was great!
