ASURE Cleveland Rotorua
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked. Laundry available at a small fee. Well located to all main attractions. On busy road as we were in a front room, but traffic settles at night and did not disturb us.

I don’t know why people rated so low. It’s a little dated but for the price and the area it’s pretty good. Small hot spring pool is basically a private pool. The bed was clean and comfortable and had full kitchen available with cutlery and plates, cups microwave and oven. I would definitely recommend ...

The only aspect of our stay that was terrible was the bed in room 212. It was very soft and bouncy therefore neither of us had a good sleep and suggest it needs replacing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was awesome. Huge selection.
