"Beautiful location, outstanding owners kind thoughtful the beautiful owner Kathie was so accommodating, locked away our bikes so we didn't need to cart them around when not using them. We also left something in the room and Kathie kindly went out of her way to post it back to us. Would hignly recommend and looking forward to my next stay here."

"What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. "

"Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share. We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa. The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer.
