Hotel Pantai di Rotorua

"Beautiful room, immaculate and very clean. Absolutely loved our 1 night stay here, and wished we could’ve had longer. Thankyou Marcie for your hospitality, we will be back next time we’re in Rotorua. The Thames Girls!!"

"Everything was great! The lady who runs the place was very helpful. The place is very well maintained & the facilities are terrific. You can also use the connected hotel pool. Great value for the price."

"Good location, clean. Staff is willing to always assist. "

"Awesome customer service from the man in the office. Super lovely!"

"I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities."

"great stay will stay next time"

"The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful."

"Great private spa pools"

"As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet."

"Very comfortable bed, great shower pressure and lovely quiet location with wonderful staff & management"

"Location was convenient. Parking was fine. Room smelled bad and we didn’t want to touch the old nappy pillows on the couch. The bottom floor smelled bad, which I assume was from the carpet. The toilet base was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Beds upstairs were clean and had a good 2 nights rest although the apartment was ccld even with the heater turned up. It was roomy and there was a playground. I guess it would be okay for a family with young kids"

"The place was spotless, the location ideal."

"子供が遊べる施設があり、大変喜んでいた。 また部屋も広く、快適に過ごせた。 交通量の多い道路沿いなので、時折地面が揺れた"

"Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room."
