Look, everything in Rotorua has a smell. Just have to get used to that part. Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable. Rooms include a kitchen which is nice too if you need it. But there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel on “eat street” if you don’t!

We loved our king studio room. Especially the washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the milk in the fridge for morning coffee. It is a very central location with groceries and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Room was super spacious with everything you needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, easy walk to Eat St, the mall, Kuirau Par etc. Room was clean, the only thing was the hair in the fridge. I would go back to Quest again for sure.

The room was excellent with a separate sitting area and a kitchenette. The lady at the check-in counter was being very helpful but could have some manners and respect though. The shaving trimmer in my suitcase went off when the luggage was moved and the immideate aquisition because of my skin color was "are you carrying a bomb?"

The hotel was clean, comfortable & practical. The room had a kitchen with all you needed, and the bathroom also contained a washer /dryer which was an added plus to our travels. The hotel was close to restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. The staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming.
