"We had a fabulous stay! Bed is really comfortable and we slept well all four nights. Breakfast was delicious with a special offering every day along with other options. Delicious coffee is always on hand. They offer a savory snack in the afternoon and a dessert in the evening. The saltwater pool was refreshing with lots of chaise lounges and umbrellas available. Staff is very friendly and professional. Would be a perfect place for a honeymoon or anniversary. Looking forward to returning!"

"Felt so homey and the staff was spectacular! Only downside to this hotel was that they didn't have any laundry services or microwaves to heat up food, as guests who stayed multiple nights we ordered extra food from the restaurant then ended up wasting quite a bit."

"We absolutely loved the Dwell Hotel! It has so much character and our room was large with a huge bathtub, sitting area and balcony. The hotel has plenty of quaint sitting areas and 2 lounges and a fun bar. The bar was closed on Tuesday when we arrived, so the front desk staff provided free wine and beer which we enjoyed in the lounge while playing a game. "This was our first stay at a Towneplace and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, the gym was small but much better than the average hotel, the rooms were very clean and I was very happy to see that the kitchen was fully stocked usable. We didn't call for any toiletries, but there was a sign saying that they'd be happy to accommodate if you forgot anything. "I stayed at the Read House off and on for more than 2 weeks. Each check-in was a pleasure. I have been in the travel industry for many years and know a gem when I see it. This historical hotel has the most accommodating caring staff…which is rare to find these days. Rooms are beautiful and location in downtown Chattanooga is perfect. "The hotel was very clean My only complaints are paying for parking and you couldn't always find a spot near yoir room, the pool area felt like a sana cause there wasn't a way for wind to blow out there. The pool was nice. "
