"I don't know where this hotel got 5 star rating, no employees to be found, no one a the bar's, no help or service at the pool or beach, It looks like a ghost hotel you only see the valet parking and two in reception that's it. The room has the shower and toilet exposed to it no wall, no enclosement, ..."
