"I want to love this hotel but every time I stay here the room isn’t ready at check in time. The front desk tells me they think the room is ready but can’t know for sure until housekeeping updates it in the system."

"The mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago.We had several families staying there and they all said the same thing. Also to have to pay $5.00 for the same breakfast that I get at any other hotel for free is ridiculous. The elevator needed service which I had to tell the staff to do something about because it was making so much noise that we didn’t feel comfortable riding in it. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is how your hotels are maintained"

"This location is my go-to when going to Baltimore or staying overnight after a concert at the CFB Bank Arena. Parking can be hard if you're trying to do valet, but there is also a parking deck directly across the street that you can safetly park at. Staff here are friendly and helpful, amenities are wonderful, and overall it's a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a delicious breakfast available in the morning and coffee/water available all day. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay at Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor. The location is excellent, within walking distance of so many restaurants and charming areas to explore. The hotel is still in great condition, comfortable, and an excellent value.
The staff did a wonderful job making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the daily breakfast because of our work schedule, but it smelled amazing every morning! Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay and one we’d happily return to."

"We stayed on the 7th floor. Our room was poorly designed. We had to unlock 2 different doors to get into our room. The furniture must have been ordered too big for the room, so it was situated sideways, which then meant we could NOT comfortably watch TV. On Friday night, we were kept up all night because every time the AC kicked on, it sounded like a jackhammer! In the morning, we called the front desk about it. They sent someone up and the whole unit has to be replaced. When we got back in the...
