The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Very slow and when finally someone from the staff showed, another staff member showed up and both of them started arguing in Portuguese making it a very uncomfortable moment. I was offered literally “a sip” of espumante, then they gave a tour of the entire hotel showing me the amenities which took forever cause all you want to do is get to your room and chill. Good breakfast, decent food at the restaurant, small room, even smaller shower…for the price…I’m not coming...

"It was a really nice stay and the staff we're great at making sure you had everything you needed. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited."
