"Under a major renovation. Our room was clean bed was comfortable,we didn’t hear any noise from the renovation The pool area was not inviting. No real area to relax outdoors. We had dinner at the hotel. Staff was friendly food was good."

Remodeling is nice but seems work was not inspected, for example, our fire alarm kept going off so we had to disconnect it from the wiring to stop it, hot and cold in the bathroom sink were reversed and the TV only worked the first out of 4 nights."

"This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one cared, no proper response, no accountability. This place is a serious risk to both your health and your belongings. Avoid at all costs."
