The staff was very professional, the rooms are very comfortable abd clean. The food (organic), in the caffetteria is very good, all made in the premises. Plenty of indoor parking spots, specially for those that travel with car. This place is very well recommended.

Stay was very nice, room was big and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and just a 10 minute walk to the Basillica with some lovely restaurants around. Entrance is on a little back street off the main road and one evening there were no street lights but no fault of the hotels!

The hotel consisted of dorm rooms that were comfortable enough for one night. Not far from Vatican City. The breakfast was wonderful and they allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived hours before check-in. The train station was about 12 minutes walk away. The coffees were also wonderful.

The property was good for the cost. All of the staff were really friendly. The room definitely could have been better as it was in the style of a dorm instead of a traditional room, and I was charged €20 because we lost the hotel key card. These are the same cards you can buy on Amazon for like 10 cents, and they also only gave us one card even though there was two of us.

A hidden gem! Located just outside the Vatican Wall. This was a return trip to Rome and wish I knew about this place the first time. Excellent breakfast buffet!!! Easy parking. Nice size rooms. University grounds. Roof top deck. Great staff.

Very clean, well priced hotel located right next to the Vatican. Staff was helpful & friendly. Located on the gated university campus, making the building very secure. Excellent breakfast buffet included with a restaurant on site for other meals. Less than a 5 min walk down the hill to access busses going to the other big attractions in Rome. Only complaint was the noise, there were others gathering and shouting in nearby units until 11-12 pm at night, but we had expected this given that it’s a university dorm.

very friendly staff, gorgeous garden. rooms are very puristic which isn't a bad thing at all. only point they would really have to fix is the noise insulation. you can hear every whisper from people in the next room, walls are made of paper.
