Stay was very nice, room was big and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and just a 10 minute walk to the Basillica with some lovely restaurants around. Entrance is on a little back street off the main road and one evening there were no street lights but no fault of the hotels!

A hidden gem! Located just outside the Vatican Wall. This was a return trip to Rome and wish I knew about this place the first time. Excellent breakfast buffet!!! Easy parking. Nice size rooms. University grounds. Roof top deck. Great staff.

Very clean, well priced hotel located right next to the Vatican. Staff was helpful & friendly. Located on the gated university campus, making the building very secure. Excellent breakfast buffet included with a restaurant on site for other meals. Less than a 5 min walk down the hill to access busses going to the other big attractions in Rome. Only complaint was the noise, there were others gathering and shouting in nearby units until 11-12 pm at night, but we had expected this given that it’s a university dorm.

very friendly staff, gorgeous garden. rooms are very puristic which isn't a bad thing at all. only point they would really have to fix is the noise insulation. you can hear every whisper from people in the next room, walls are made of paper.

The hotel is not far from the Vetican City. The train station and the bus stations are also in walking distance. The room is clean and the girl at the reception is super friendly. We really like the included breakfast that is surprisingly good, a lot better than a regular 'continental breakfast' you will find in a chain hotel in the US. Little compliants are: the TV in the room only offer channels with local language; and bad smell comes from the drain hole in the shower. The hotel normally puts a towel over it. Did the builder forget to add a trap in there?
