"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "Everything was wonderful except the night lady did not want to sale water because she said that it makes a lot of noise and it loud. And she will get some out later on but you can purchase soda. That’s not what i wanted I was super thirsty but i ended up with 2 soda anyway because she still didn’t get the water other than that everything was nice I wil visit again "
