"They aren't a standard hotel; you could be placed in a room in any of their various buildings, yet there is only one reception desk located in just one of them. We were assigned an attic room, and the entrance to it was a maze; we complained, but the issue wasn't resolved until the following day. The new room was better, though it also lacked a window; the door had an opaque glass panel that let in a lot of light. The first room was full of dust and trash under the bed-it was clear that area...

"Awesome location, so much to see and do just steps outside of the building. I didn't need anything from the host; I saw housekeeping plenty of times during our 5 day stay so I'm sure if we needed anything it would have been quick. Full apartment with in unit clothes washer, full kitchen, great bathroom."

"Very compact apartment in a great location justa few minutes from the spanish steps, piazza navona and the trevi fountain with a small Carrefour just across the road Check in. Keys were left with a security guard. One plus is there is a guard 24 hours a day No formal check-in or information given . Didn't see anyone from the property my whole stay. No welcome pack with WiFi codes or anything and poor phone reception inside Also one one key which makes it awkward if someone wants to...
