Room was passable. Staff at front desk was variable. Other staff was great! All of the Philippine folks were wonderful. Amenities are not four star. Breakfast was terrible.

Hotel Abruzzi
The room was spotless and cleaned each day. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel is an ideal spot for visiting all attractions easily and there are numerous excellent places to eat nearby.

Clean, comfortable room! Friendly, helpful staff, and so nany great amenities! Rooftop bar, delicious and generous breakfast buffet, central safe location—we walked everywhere. Lovely hotel!

citizenM Rome Isola Tiberina
